Welcome to Beverly's Pink Saturday! I bought a new night shirt just for Pink Saturday. Me!? Glamorous?! Well not really. I'm more into pink crocs and flip flops. But, who can resist pink, black and a sweet little rose? If you want your own glamorous night shirt, you can find them at Le WalMart.
Speaking of glamorous, have you ever visited Dolly Belle's Atelier? The owner, Christine, has a beautiful shop with gorgeous jewelry. She asked me the other day if I would like to have some of her fabric stash. Are you kidding me? Me the fabricaholic? Of course! She sent me a wonderful box full of fabric. The pink rose print and the pink bunny print are in the softest flannel. My daughter will love the little geisha girls in their pink kimonos. Christine was so generous. Look at this stack of fabrics. I want to pay Christine's wonderful gift forward by turning some of this fabric into baby quilts for our Children's Hospital.
I "baked" another cake this week. I won two little pot holders on Ebay. I used one of them to make a pretty pink cake to serve at a little girl's tea party. Or a big girls. A Pink Saturday tea party. Tea anyone?
