I love the wizard of oz too when I was little. I remember my sister was terrified of the monkey men flying around. I still love watching this movie, and I always wanted my own ruby slippers. I love the photo of you and the kids, I just love old photos. Everything seemed so much sweeter in those days.

Happy Pink Saturday and Happy Wizard of Oz. I would love to swap with you anytime on etsy. I love your work.

Hi Betty, love the Oz books and movie. I was seven or eight when the movie was released and we all went to the theather to see it....I still remember how fun that day was. Lucky finds...look for the witches too. Happy Pink Saturday...hugs, Linda

Happy Pink Saturday!

Although it's not my favorite, I do love Glenda's crown and gown.

Hi Betty! I LOVE the Wizard of Oz!! Sadly, the last time I went to look for it, now that Dear Daughter has HER copy at her apartment with her, Walmarts did not carry it. I don't know if I can get it in any other store, or if I have to look for it used now?? Anyway, you KNOW that I just LOVE the dolls you found! What a great find! Happy Pink Saturday! Wishing you a wonderful weekend! ~tina

Love the Wizard of Oz. When I was a little girl, we had a B&W TV and it was years before I realized that part of the movie was in color! I was amazed! Happy Pink Saturday, Betty!
